Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

Contains the identification of the non charged party.

Where there is more than one occurrence of group Called Number Analysis within group Network Information and the usage is mobile originated then the group must also contain a Called Number Analysis Code for called number analysis purposes.

Conditionality:  Mandatory within group SCU Basic Information.
