Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

A group containing IMSI and/or MSISDN details of the SCU & VAS Chargeable Subscriber.

The group must contain either one of IMSI or MSISDN but it will contain both where they are both available.

Conditionality:

Must be present within group SCU & VAS Chargeable Subscriber where MIN is not present.
