Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

A table of Value Added Service related codes and descriptions.

Each occurrence must contain an occurrence of each of VAS Code, VAS Short Description and VAS Description.

This table is used on a once-off basis and applies only to the transfer which contains it.  A new table is sent with each transfer.  Codes are reusable from transfer to transfer.

Conditionality:

One occurrence must be present within group Transfer Batch for each unique VAS Code used within group Value Added Service Used.
