Validations ASN.1 Parent Types

High Speed Circuit Switched Data allows users subscribing to the General Bearer Service to use higher transmission rates by using multiple traffic channels simultaneously.

This group element must contain Basic HSCSD Parameter as at call setup and may also contain details of changes to those parameters.

Conditionality: 

Must be present within group Basic Service Used where HSCSD has been used, otherwise not present.
